Reservation Policy


Akari Bungalows are exclusive properties where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel or change your reservation, please call us at least 7 days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 7 days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s) you will receive a full or partial refund.

Though we require a credit card to hold the reservation, payment is processed at the time you check-in.


Check-in for the Bungalows is onsite. Check-in time is begins at 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 6pm, please call 360-214-3222 to make arrangements for your check-in.

Check-out is 11 AM on the date of departure. Please observe this rule as housekeeping staff needs time to prepare the property for the next guests. Occasionally we can accommodate a late check-out, however, it must be requested morning of departure and is not guaranteed. Upon leaving, please secure all windows and doors, and wash dishes.


There is a person available to assist you 7 days a week. If they are not in the office, you can reach Kathy at (360)783-2337.


All bungalows, except #3, are dog Friendly! There is a $20 per animal per visit fee for housekeeping.

We do not allow animals to be left unattended in our rooms at anytime.   Costs to repair any damages caused by pets will be charged to your credit card. Also, we ask that you not give your animals baths in the Bungalow tubs there is an outdoor sink at the laundry room for cleaning the pets.


All rooms are non-smoking. There will be a $150 cleaning fee if you smoke in the rooms. This means all types of smoking.


Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.


Keys must be turned in at check-out. We reserve the right to charge a $25 replacement cost for lost keys. Any damage done to the rooms &/or linens by you, or pets or your guests is your responsibity and we reserve the right to charge your reasonable repair costs.
